The Veil Class Trainers
Where trainers gate your class unlocks — and the routes that work, documented from release-day walkthroughs.
Quick answer: every class needs alignment currency (Sins or Offerings), about 1,000 silver, a passed class quest, and finally a talk with the trainer. Finding trainers was the biggest release-day complaint; the official Discord help channels share directions fastest.
The unlock chain
- Farm alignment: 30 Sins or 30 Offerings (Marauder 15+15). Sins guide · Offerings guide.
- Bring ~1,000 silver to the trainer.
- Do the class quest. The Marauder's is a timed 3-minute on-foot run to Echo Hold — no teleporting; the trainer checks for cheating. Attempting it at night is a bad idea.
- Talk to the trainer and pay.

The Sky Sentinel route (best documented)
- Find the maze location creators call the Shimmering Sanctum.
- Hand a gem to the NPC waiting by its teleport obelisk — he sends you up to Sky Island.
- Kill 5 Angry Nimbuses — they only spawn while a rain world event is falling.
- With 30 Offerings banked, the trainer Cryus grants the class.
Sky Sentinel is a summon-centric kit: an aura of guardian wisps, a stomp that heals and buffs all summons, an ice dash, and a passive of +10% summon damage, +10% summon life and one extra summon at the cost of 10% resistance.
If you cannot find a trainer
Large numbers of players could not find any trainer at all on release day. The class trainer sits behind the alignment requirement, the class quest and the silver payment; specific locations for every class are unverified.
